Overview
At Lexiroof, we take pride in offering premium luxury furniture. Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines your options for returns, replacements, and cancellations.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- The product is defective or has a manufacturing issue.
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [support@lexiroof.co.in] along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
- The product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper installation, or negligence.
- Items that have been custom-made, personalized, or modified as per customer specifications.
- Products showing normal wear & tear after use.
Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
- In case of replacement, the shipping timeline will be shared with you separately.
- Shipping/handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any extra charges.
- Once the order has been shipped/dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
- For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
Shipping for Returns
- If the return is due to our fault (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will arrange for free reverse pickup.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, incorrect size measurement, etc.), returns will not be accepted.
