Products & Services

- All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to natural materials and lighting differences.
- Lexiroof reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.
Pricing & Payments
- All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments can be made through our secure payment gateway options including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
- Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
Orders & Acceptance
- Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not confirm acceptance of your order.
- Your order will be considered confirmed only after payment verification and our acceptance.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud).
Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver furniture across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
- Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
- Delays due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
- The customer must ensure that the delivery location is accessible for large furniture items.
Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
- Returns/Exchanges: Allowed only if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence (images/videos).
- No returns are accepted for products damaged due to customer mishandling, incorrect installation, or wear & tear.
- Cancellations: Allowed only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
Warranties
- Some furniture items may come with a manufacturer’s warranty (details will be mentioned in the product description).
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Intellectual Property
- All content on www.lexiroof.co.in including logos, product images, designs, text, graphics, and software is the intellectual property of Lexiroof.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
